Volunteer

Our project planning, restoring, and eventual operations of the Flying Yankee wouldn’t be possible without the help of our volunteers. When you volunteer, you enter a community that shares a passion and commitment for this beautiful piece of New England’s railroading history. Volunteer opportunities range from mechanical to engineering, manual labor, electrical, HVAC, photo and video, mathematical, clerical, or groundskeeping… the list goes on! We will have many positions to fill and many needs to be completed to make this restoration a success. We hope you join us!
